Maybe money is tight, maybe it is the summer and people are feeling more inspired to make the recurring Home Depot runs, or maybe people are taking more initiative to round their skills on Youtube University. 

It's helpful for me to move beyond my inner dialogue because I tell myself all sorts of stories that may or may not be true.I get it, though.

It can also help you inspire respect and trust from others by projecting confidence and professionalism.
