I have South African family.

I started a South African virtual assistant company with a friend of mine called Scale My Workforce.

I'm based in South Africa but used to work in DC back in 2014 (miss the states :) )I'm now looking to expand/diverse my South African portfolio by investing in first world countries i.e.

You hear that a lot, especially when you're still in school, but with real estate, there are immense options for growing your network with any and everyone!

I have a zoo of animals at my house including 2 large dogs (2 cats, 2 tortoise, 3 chickens, many frogs and lizards, 1 snake, large aquarium of African cichlids).  

We are definitely immensely under the $25K value as we have not really purchased anything specific to the rentals.

The software is very easy to use, and has an immense amount of features that have allowed my business to run much more smoothly.

Property value appreciation is so immense 30% a year - apparently it might come down this year a bit).What you have now is a PBoC that has been ordered to have a loose but 'appropriately tight' monetary policy which has fueled inflation.

This needed to be addressed immediately, and on top of that I pay the water bill so it helped my wallet immensely
