File Required? Florida Form DR-405 Tangible Personal Property Tax

We are somewhat new to the Palm Beach County area as we purchased our first home at the end of June 2018 so we could "house hack".

For part of that time we have used two units as a rental since (each around 800 sq ft - one long term and the other is an Airbnb). For reference, we live in the third unit (500 sq ft). We learned of the DR-405 form from TurboTax, however we are confused as to the stipulations to file that. The CPA advising us did not mention we needed it and does not seem to be too knowledgeable on the matter.

We are definitely immensely under the $25K value as we have not really purchased anything specific to the rentals. Do we still need to file? I looked over the form and really do not have anything to claim.

Based on their site (https://www.pbcgov.org/papa/departments/tangible.htm) it states, "Business tangible assets such as furniture and equipment valued at more than $25,000 are subject to ad valorem taxes. All businesses are required to file a Tangible Personal Property Tax Return (Form DR 405) annually by April 1st (Florida Statutes 193.062), unless the value of your tangible personal property last year was under $25,000 and you received notice from this office that your requirement to file has been waived."

So I assume we're good to not file that this year? Thanks for any assistance.
