South African VA Company - Would You Use?

I started a South African virtual assistant company with a friend of mine called Scale My Workforce. We've been able to recruit college graduates that have a variety of skills and are very hard working. We interview every candidate and bucket them based on their skills. Once we get a client, we send them a few candidates that we believe match their needs. 

We've done really well with placing candidates in sales and admin positions within the medical/health field but we have struggled on the real estate side. We have a couple of real estate agents that we have placed a couple of virtual assistants with but we would love to do more. 

As we are preparing marketing campaigns to target agents and investors. Our question is what are real estate investors and real estate agents looking for in a virtual assistant? What has been previous experience when working with virtual assistants with other companies? Who do you think are the top companies in the field?

I think we offer a great service. Our service is very affordable and we guarantee the highest quality person. All of our VAs speak very clear English. Our service doesn't require long term contracts or subscriptions. You simply hire a VA and if you are happy with the service then you pay, if not then we find you a new one or we part ways.
