Is the researcher going to really click through every available date and log prices for hundreds of listings?

Sure, lots of homes get hit by tornadoes... but there are 1.7 million homes for the tornado to choose from... so if a couple of hundred homes are impacted by tornadoes in a year, that is 0.00011% of the houses in Oklahoma getting hit... but just like hurricanes it makes for great tv coverage, so it's easy to see where you would try to worry about it.  

But I know they should be able to either pop that duct line back out so it isn’t kinked, or cut our and replace it for a few hundred bucks, it’s just wireflex insulated ducting.

It seems the return is great on SFHs but inefficient in terms of scalingI don't envision myself one day owning hundreds of SFH but I'm interested to hear what you'd do in this situation: Continue to purchase good SFHs and hold?

It seems odd or may be not that the shills and fake accounts started showing up after Pace rug pulled the very people who fed him hundreds if not more people who paid thousands of dollars to join.

The next class will be a few hundred$, and maybe you can network more, but there's likely to be more classes costing thousand$.And even the Gurus will tell you, their "secrets" won't help you if you don't put in the effort.

I have been told   a crash is around the corner by hundreds of different people for the past decade and some change.

You have all these things ironed out on paper but there are dozens, if not hundreds of things in this arena that can go sideways.
