They sell in 16 foot sections but at the local store when I shop they will cut these as needed since I'm only using a small truck for hauling.Got a Habitat for Humanity store where your reside?

I want to minimize the headaches that come with rentals due to the unpredictable human element that comes with this type of investment.

It was $3500 and I challenged myself to do as much of the work myself that was humanly possible.  

It will probably be zoned “Residential”, butthe Railroad will not sale it without putting covenants on it, thatno human habitation (home, daycare, school, retirement home, etc) canbe built there.

I obviously want to make cashflow but want to deal with the tenants in a humane way.
