As I dug into the project, I realized that I was both well suited for flipping (or keeping), but also that I was genuinely enjoying the process.   

@Pearl Cook We started our first build after several rehabs, and my husband enjoys building new much more.

I'm enjoying sharing about what I've done and hearing ideas and feedback from others.
