You just need to be an expert at running your own personal machine. 

We have them installed under/next to dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters etc.

I live in Evansville, IN. And I am looking into real estate flipping and renting.  I will be blunt about my situation. I am poor. I have a family to support so you know my motivation is there. I am not asking for a ha...

But it isn't cheap to do it.You will probably lose some leads by having a voicemail but the ones that leave a message will be more motivated and you can call them back when you have time to talk and if you get enough info you can have some information about the property at hand.In my opinion for costs, convienence and personal strengths I lean towards trying to get a good voicemail setup until having a huge machine going where you might have dozens of calls a day coming in, then outsource it.

Rentals have provided income all these years but my mortgage is from borrowing against my home to build a machine shop, which is no longer alive.
