You know why Flippers are desperate to find the next run down house to Flip?

@Jay Hinrichs love the thread, even if I'm not "broke & desperate" but still a wholesaler.

For those who don't and have relied on desperate sellers offering 20+% instant equity at closing the pickings have gotten slim.

A person has this desperate need to signifcant and/or want their opinions to be heard and Social media just amplified that.

What they're looking for is short times to close or anything that might hint of desperation, I have seen their ads for houses and the ARV does not seem to be inflated but the ARV was deflated while he spoke to me.

Exciting because of the potential to make large somes of money that most of us desperately need!

At the time I was near desperate so I agreed to the 10 month lease. 

If you’re desperate to get started at least get a quote from a nationwide bath remodeler, they should be the quickest and the most expensive.

I would then need to pay for repairs out of pocket or do a desperate loan for repairs, correct?

(not just what comes across their desk)  I would also make sure you can see Days on market DOM on the reports so you have a better idea of who may be getting a little "desperate" for an offer.
