@Alan Asriantsagree and I think it's time for every experienced investor on the site to start being honest about cash flow in that THERE ISN'T ANY FOR THE FIRST FEW YEARS.

You're not on site or within driving distance and even with a property manager, lots of things can happen. 

I've butted heads with mods over various topics, to include what should/shouldn't be allowed on the site.

Don’t leave anything to chance—guide the visitor to do what you want, which is to click YOUR ad and leave their details on YOUR SITE.

its a great site to learn and get back into the swing of things. 

We take it a step further and build in factory then deliver the units to the site.

Almost every host has experienced it, a high maintenance guest that you go the extra mile for and reports nothing wrong during the stay, but then posts a hyper critical review as if they are Gordon Ramsay reviewing a restaurant.I have always opted to just not post a reply, especially since we have over 50 great reviews on both sites.

If you rush to get more properties and more cash flow, you generally acquire more headaches so you want to make sure all three of those assets are up-to-date and will appreciate more.

When I was first on this site I would advised against paid education, I saw it as all grossly overpriced and unecessary.
