Timing the market is a dangerous game, but it is tough to argue the "discount" on many stocks and funds right now compared to just a few short months ago so there is value to be had like you said, James.The caution I would advise with their 401k is one that ties in a comment made earlier in this thread regarding "paying the piper" at some point and the debt our country is taking on.

Looking at the bigger picture, many small businesses are in danger of closing up, millions losing their jobs, and what you have is losing 30 days time, and possibly a months rent.I remember I evicted a tenant some years ago, the court gave him time.

Paint a red border around the garden and post giant "DANGER Keep Out" signs, then have the tenant sign a statement acknowledging they are aware of the potential danger.People can and will sue for just about anything.

It is it's own separate piece of paper that states that tenants are responsible for damage and charges occurring from putting grease, sanitary items, diapers, wet wipes, paper towels, other foreign materials or harmful substances in the plumbing.
