If the inside of their car is covered in trash, it's safe to assume your house would soon be too, if you rented to them.  

It is probably easier for a seller to cary a loan on with a LLC as the buyer.  

We were 90% booked for the summer before April and did not have a single canceled reservation due to guests not being able to rent a car. I

KFC bones in boxes and half eaten McD Cheeseburgers, or etc...because as far as I now, there is nothing a car is made from that a Rat would find tasty...they are probably trying to get at some kind of tasty TRASH inside of it.  

Just because it is a fundamental right does not mean that the government has to buy you a car. I

Call the water company (Town/City) - in my Town of Cary, NC they can see how much water was used by the day.

. ;-)  well, 1, my tv's dont have cameras. so the most that could be done could be reviewing data of what you watch. that data is already being sold. also, if you are that worried, dont use a smart phone, the carriers watch and sell that data. oh, and dont use the internet at home, that data is collected and sold too. you can drop way down a rabbit hole regarding this. and if i remember right, there isnt a privacy law. there is a privacy act of 1974, but technology didnt exist like it does now. so dont expect those lawsuits from TV's to happen anytime soon Don't forget your car is tracking everywhere you go too. 

We've stayed at STRs all over the country and generally we will do the simple things like pack our stuff, be out on time and not steal anything.My wife puts the coffee mugs in the sink and I take our things to the car. I

They cover Raleigh and Cary for sure and but may not go far beyond that such as Durham city proper.
