LLC With Seller Financing

It's my understanding that seller financing is typically done with a land contract that allows the seller to maintain title until the loan is paid off, in the meantime the buyer gets equitable title.

How would an investor go about purchasing with seller financing if they want the title in an LLC?

Any input would be helpful!
