The location is semi rural, my bank has branches in the next 2 biggest towns with limited hours, however there is a Walmart there as well.

This continued through the next decade to the crash.What we have now are old car salesmen who got into mortgage originations, Wal-Mart employees hired into lending operations years ago, whose experience is that learned from their organization or what they picked up, mostly from a marketing point of view to sell a financial product filling a pipe line.

(Or maybe you don't want to get sued when kids fall out of the tree...)It might be worth taking the photos you posted to a local garden center... not the one that pops up on the side of Wal-Mart or Home Depot in the summer, but a locally-owned place that has plants, seed, etc year round.
