The property needs significant remodeling done ( flooring refinished, walls and ceilings patched/painted ( upstairs), drop ceiling removed and rewiring downstairs, some windows added, 2 small roofs redone in back, new bath and kitchen fixtures/cabinets( x2) and a few walls moved/removed depending on design) but the separately-metered mechanicals and main roof are newer and in good shape.

I'm looking for a competent, reasonably priced handyman in the Fairfield County, CT area (Norwalk, more specifically) for small jobs (patch-and-paint, fix a leaking faucet, etc.) on my 13 rental units.  

Bigger jobs get bigger discounts for things like trimming trees, mowing grass, patching roads, etc.Good luck!

I plan redoing 200 linear feet of the box gutters, re pouring the concrete, patch fire escape and repaint, and re build bowing wall at back of it.

The area hit oil and prices of houses (we paid $80k) doubled, and rentals were in high demand by oil patch workers.  

I found an REO that is a 3/2, on .27 acres, 2 stories, has a basement that can easily be finished (drywall already hung and patched), asking 45k, rehab would be about 15k-20k, and the ARV is about 95k. 

An easy way to patch it for the meantime would be to go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a sample of the countertop (9.95) bring it there and cut a hole out on the countertop just slightly bigger than the burn and do the same on the sample.

I called someone to patch it and he was unsuccessfully after several attempts.

I used to live off of Blue Creek School Road (By the Air Station) where a strawberry patch grew the sweetest and juiciest strawberries in Onslow. 

The rest are debt deals which are okay but if you're going that route I've seen better returns at PeerStreet and Patch of Land.RM has a reputation of a more rigorous underwriting than others which reflects their higher fees that other platforms.
