Hello Everyone,I am a 20 year old junior in undergrad and I recently found a passion in real estate.

Currently I am a junior network engineer however, after realizing that IT or at least networking is not for me I decided I will try to branch out and explore other industries.I found out about this site from word of mouth via a few friends and I am hoping it will be a good learning resource and eventually maybe I will be able to contribute back!

For marketing, I have been saving money up since my high school junior year, so I have money to play with.

I'm an ROTC Cadet in my junior year and will be commissioning as an Army Officer in 2023.

I found no other recorded liens or juniors or involuntary liens on the property.

What about a structure where the a lender puts up 1.25m-1.35m, you put up 200k and the seller carries a junior for the balance of 450-550k?

I say limited because if there is an owner financed mortgage, you're in need of a junior lien and very few will take such a position.  

My husband is a teacher and my kids are juniors.

I am currently a junior in high school and turning 18 this summer.

I'm on track to have $12,500 saved for a downpayment by the end of the year and would hope to make a decision by the start of my junior year.
