Is there a way I can do some test myself to make sure the flip requires only cosmetic stuff.I know I can bring in plumber/electrician but being new in the game they always recommend changes and provide a hefty bid even if there is no need.

The ceiling fan remote's button is hard to press in a bedroom that she doesn't use and she wants it wired to the wall.Now i'm all for treating your tenant's well because if they treat you well the same often times is reciprocated, so naturally we paid to bring out an electrician and contractor to do some of these minor fixes and moving forward there shouldn't be much to complain about.

The current owner failed his fire inspection and rather them having him fix it, our attorneys will have the seller put money in escrow to complete the repairs.Looking for any referrals on general contractors and/or licensed electricians who work in Essex County.
