I also have a lot of books from Trump, Grant, and a few others.I'm currently an intern at Five Pillars Realty Company, and plan on getting my license this summer to become an agent as a summer job next summer.

I'd suggest reading as many books and podcasts as possible, but in the end experience is going to trump all of that.

Gets the unemployment, got the Trump stimulus check, just fully taking advantage of the no evictions thing going on... how frustrating to still have to pay taxes, insurance, mortgage, and maintainable.Has anyone tried making an insurance claim for the lost rent?
