If you don't have massive portfolio its going to be tough proving youre worth most of the real movers and shakers time. i.e. the good ones already have their "Buyers list".

I was highly leveraged going into this deal as I used a lot of my own cash and credit lines to tie this deal up as banks can move really slow when you don't have the relationships in place.Now I just have to figure out a way to tap into this equity and leverage it as collateral for another deal. 

I ask only out of curiosity as I am new to the Colorado market and am looking to get to know as many of the shakers and movers as possible!

First movers advantage means potentially huge gains down the road.  

Then again call around and see if the MH movers would even move a home so old, also there might be possible damage that needs fixed from the move.

Although the mortgage industry is obviously manned by idiots so maybe they will.Feel free to flame at me, if I dont' respond it's because I'm turning off the computer tonight as the movers are showing up at 8:00 AM tomorrow!
