I think that may get to be  too specific and you'll be passing up the bread and butter.

I primarily build and rent out apartments to butter my bread. 

I'm sure quite a few on this blog have day jobs as their primary bread and butter source of income.Does anyone switch hit (so to speak) running a franchise restaurant while actively growing their rental portfolio?

If you buyer is happy with synthetic materials then I don't think you can beat allure.

My bread and butter was the outlying areas such as Oregon City, Canby, Mulino, Dallas (OR), Salem, Forest Grove, Yamhill, etc and I did well in those areas.

You can't change someone's mindset, only they can.If it were me, I would only buy bread, milk, peanut butter, and jelly. 

Haha yeah i figured all the texans would be just a little disappointed.. yes bucks is short for buckeyes and be warned, they are extremely poisonous nuts or chocolate and peanut butter candy

@Tim Butters Net present value is a relatively sophisticated concept.

I would favor hard surface floors whether tile, linoleum or hardwood/synthetic variants and simply provide some sort of adhesive backed strips of carpet over the hard surfaced floors if dealing with property that requires carpeted living space for handicapped tenants in government subsidized properties & I would imagine greater savings in the long run since I've seen hardwood floors that are over 50 years old!
