I think holding yourself to a high ethical standard and professionalism in wholesaling is imperative and I personally strive to become a better person and investor everyday. 

It's more like the 2% "impossibly high rent/purchase ratio" to strive to find.  

We strive to do our best to provide investors with quality rentals in excellent cash flow markets. 

The depth of information is vast and while I'm striving to comprehend it all, I'm finding it a bit challenging to know where and how exactly to start.I am seeking to connect with local real estate professionals who are familiar with these areas.

It reminds us to pause and take extra care of those that are, in essence, our reasons and motivations as to why we strive in this business.

That being said our town can only raise enough taxes to fund the town budget which our local government strives very hard to keep about the same each year.

If you're talking about income, it seems to be dominated by middle income people and high-middle income people, plus those from harder backgrounds (striving for more money--some make it, some--it's not for them).

Financial freedom has always been my goal since moving out at 17 and I strive to get there.

Eliminating stress and building wealth for our owners is what we strive for in managing rentals.
