Nobody deserves to live with security bars on every window and door and be afraid of being killed in their homes while relaxing.  

You never know what issues will create problems until you actually do it, and any maintenance or repair call or turnover just became huge hassles instead of easy fixes as I just wanted to call a repair guy but he thought it was wasteful spending, then got upset when we're over there working on them instead of relaxing.  

If all he is looking for is to kick back and relax with profit from the sale, convince him that a low down owner finance deal is the best way to go.

I remember when I was younger, I had the chance to look at an exercise guide that showed pictures of all the muscles each exercise hit.

It was urgent and some issues needed to be addressed.I called him (very personable, relaxed, talkative) and he assured me that it was personal problems with his father in law and feels that they are overstepping their bounds as property managers. ( He stated they may be coming in and looking around when they were not home, but no proof) I did reassure him that they just cant come in (other than family capacity) any time they wanted.

They are MUCH easier to close than a bank AND are usually more relaxed.

This is a good time to relax on the beach drink a few Presidente's eat some mofongo and spend time with your wife.
