Grove, but (IMHO) most of the {pricy} programs aimed at newer investors do not provide an adequate return on your capital out lay (which can be as much, or more, than the down-payment on a property).If you are the type of person who learns best in a formal setting , as opposed to self-study, I would suggest that auditing a course or two on real estate at a local college or university would provide a more in-depth knowledge with out all the salesmanship for the "Even Bigger Dog" programme.

Now I'm not an expert, but the scope of work seems to be something like the following:A-CoilCondensers + concrete pads + copper lines220 electrical ran to said condensers + breakers (my panel does have room in it)Charge system with coolant (needs to be done by licensed professional, understood)Run wire for thermostats (no new thermostats needed - have been upgraded and are compatible)I'm getting quotes upwards of $6k.

My thought would to also include all the manuals for appliances, thermostat, water heating re-lighting instruction, and possibly even copies of the move-in property condition photos.
