In Pierce County (Tacoma), the median sales prices in May for single-family homes increased 7.8 percent to $275,000, and in Kitsap County (Bremerton) prices increased 8.4 percent to $289,250.

In general that is true but not always Josh if you're over the VA limits the veteran has to bring in 25% of the difference over this threshold, it varies from county to county/state to state.In Orange county its 625,500 loan amount with 0% down and anything over the veteran brings in 25 cents on each dollar of loan over the threshold and the same is with king/pierce counties in WA where the limit is 540,500.

Then for holding the propertyies you can do an LLC or just put in personal name and get good liability insurance since an LLC is mainly for liability and can be pierced by good attorneys  Certain things cannot be written off as a landlord/sole proprietor...
