So here I am, asking for advice on how to go about building this team.Having a mentor, real estate agent, and a lawyer seems to be the first teammates I should strive for.Thank you in advance.

I am new to the REI scene too and am looking for partners/mentors to help me grow and expand my knowledge on the matter.

Just remember to put yourself out there and tell people what you bring to the table because mentors will not just come knocking on your door willing to teach you, there has to be a reason or return for their teachings.

I feel having a mentor that is successful in the real estate  business would be very beneficial.

Education very important too but still need a mentor to do a deal with.

Talked to few of my friends investors and one of my mentor, and he still uses EXCEL only....what do you use, any better idea?
