Now I am getting into private lending/joint venturing.

I'm now living in Korea and I recently purchased a SFR with Joint Venture partners I met through BP. 

If you have occupied your primary residence for at least 24 months consecutively, gains are tax-free up to (don't quote me on this) $250k if single, $500k if married filing jointly.  

It probably doesn't have an easement, but is "joint use and should have been spelled out in the documents creating the separate tiles for the units. 

There may be some structural problem with the roof as the neighbor said he can see that the knee wall seems to be pushing up on the roof.I have no idea how to quickly get the numbers on all these renovations.  

As a wholesaler, why dont you offer a property to an experienced flipper as part of a joint venture.

My knee-jerk reaction was walk away, but now I'm thinking better of it.
