Implying there is a difference or saying there is when there is not, gets into fair trade issues, deceiving the customer. 

It implies that the ground underneath dropped because it wasn't compacted when the slab was built, but I doubt that's the case. 

I'm guessing I misread because I've seen elsewhere that new brokers can go 6 months to a year without a deal which implies some sort of pipeline.- How and where do you actually get in front of prospects?

While I don't mean to imply that heads of REIAs by definition lack integrity, there are always a couple of bad apples that give others a bad name.

You still have to compare other things, like rents and tenant quality, to determine if a property will generate better cash flow.Lower taxes could go hand in hand with a lower quality neighborhood which could then imply lower rents and lower tenant quality (and more management headaches).

I found out that listening to the BP podcasts while you exercise on the treadmill or on the bike trainer allows you to get in your workout while being productive!

There is a cost to me as a job trainer, and occasional hand holder, and depending on the individual it is hit or miss, but I have found that students are eager to learn and engage the material, and overall have been a good fit for our small firm.
