You still have to compare other things, like rents and tenant quality, to determine if a property will generate better cash flow.Lower taxes could go hand in hand with a lower quality neighborhood which could then imply lower rents and lower tenant quality (and more management headaches).

There is a cost to me as a job trainer, and occasional hand holder, and depending on the individual it is hit or miss, but I have found that students are eager to learn and engage the material, and overall have been a good fit for our small firm.
