I would suggest to sell the condo and reinvest into a single family home. 

Purchased for $69,000, it needed a full rehab, including a new roof, plumbing, and modern updates inside and out.

@Jared CarpenterPhoenix is a strong market for home sales and the competition has been pretty strong for the last few years now as the markets have recovered greatly from 5-6 years ago.

You can get a much better return on your investment elsewhere and with $500k you can buy 3 homes or a 4 unit.  

I only invest in my home market.
