The agent that fits those boxes may not be the one you purchased it from but it also might be!

I am also looking to connect with RE agents in the area to gain a better understanding of what is currently on the market and how these types of properties fit into the Tampa area.I'd like to also acquiring any insight into current supply trends, as well as the demand based on occupancy for these types of properties.

Look at the existing inventory in you're area, find an investor agent who has experience with house hacking, pick the best option currently on the market that fits your budget and make the offer. 

They clearly are keeping them out of the contract but on their website to be sneaky and try to apply them when they see fit but you have to have signed off on agreeing to them per contract law. 

Are there any emerging markets that I should be looking into that fit my budget? 

Coffee mugs, coasters, pint glasses, blankets, or shirts could also fit into this category. 

They will evaluate the contract with the builder and the budget, make sure it falls within market median costs, and set milestones for draw requests. 

There is one applicant whose credit score is below the minimum but fits the income needs.  

There could be other factors that fit as well, missed payments, illness, job loss, vacant, poorly run rental.

In many cases, the old tenant base doesn't fit with the new plan for the property (ie upkeep, cleanliness, and respecting the rights of others).
