What I am hoping for is that this will allow me to negotiate peacefully, have them allow an errand runner to come in and assess the place for damages (thus securing me with a piece of evidence in the event that they act out of spite). 

But...the original woodwork was in place, the boiler cranked like a champ, and there were endless possibilities for improvement. 

Storms do happen though, and damage is suffered but it's not a catastrophe everytime...its just the price of endless summer down here to us.

It isn't fair for you to endlessly look at properties without providing some compensation.

Like you said, moving forward...As far as a split goes, the possibilities are endless.

I'm eager to learn and I know the possibilities are endless.
