They wash up great, they are durable and look great.The best thing is that they hang really well on the bed.

Cast iron and clay are durable.  

  ( I have NEVER seen a hole in a fiberglass stall in my life ) It may be easier and less expensive , and more durable to put in a floor pan , durrock the walls and go with tile 

All of the above items can help create a niche, which particularly helps you stay booked during the off season.11) Go for durability in choosing furniture and linens, and replace/service things sooner/more often than you would in your own home.  

And, you could have had a more durable product installed, instead of laminate. 

We then applied the cabinet enamel, which is especially made to be durable, with a small cabinet roller and brush.  

I am in the process of remodeling my primary home now, and am looking for some cheap but durable options. 

Something durable but light and simple to keep the focus on the moutains :) We are in a stange place as a society, tourism lost is freshness and speed but we are confident that some people will soon want to have the opporunity to sit, walk and relax in a place like this one we have in our heads.And if this project hatches and lives well, we would like to build the same type of "house" on another land that as the same type of criteria, beauty, calm, nature and some tourism.You toughts would be appreciated, have you any ideas on this topic (building short term rentals)?

Either are way more durable then Formica, though granite requires periodic sealing.

I personally don’t like a seam every 30” rolling down my roofs (large roofs)...other options are far more durable.
