But its a money city.. we went on tours daily and had the same tour director each day.. and he was commenting on real estate prices .. the difference was that rents are still relatively low compared to purchase prices.. and you need massive down payments.. but banking is much different there.. and there are a lot of Israelis' buying US rentals.. since just like we see people in CA make this statement  " I cant find cash flow in CA so I am looking to the mid west or back east"  same thing there I was at one real estate office that only sold US investment properties. they do a big business.
