Just Another Newbie!
Hello BP!
This is, obviously, my first post and I'm super excited about the BP community. I've poured over the forums and have already learned so much and have made quite a bit of work for myself. The amount of freely available insider information just sitting here waiting to be uncovered is nearly jaw-dropping.
A little about me: I'm a licensed Realtor, purchased my first home in 2006 (bummer.....), currently own five SFHs, three of which are rented out and managed by me, and the other two are my primary and vacation homes. My background is 15 years of in the Information Technology arena. My last position was Director of IT at a Higher Ed institution.
I'm looking to get more involved in investing and plan on adding at least 1 SFH/MFH to my portfolio in 2018 as well as significantly expand my network and become more involved in the real estate investment community.
