Noise from poor acoustics has caused problems mostly for the lower unit tenants (from impact noise such as from tenant upstairs walking and airborne noise such as talking (yelling sometimes), music, tv, etc) and has caused tenants to want to move out due to the noise issue. 

I do everything from video/music/picture marketing, social media posts, website design, contract negotiations, managing homeowners/crews, design layouts, pickup and deliver orders/materials, tile install, flooring, drywall, cabinets etc!

And I thank anyone for any help, suggestions or help they can offer because I really want to do this right to help take care of my family, as right now I am a person on Disability and my Husband is of Retirement Age, but he also works for a company that is a seasonal only company (they have to shutdown every fall/winter) because they are an outdoor music venue and now since the pandemic he has not been able to go back to work.  

And they play great music.

RCV will include multiple production studios for film, music and photography.

I love music.- love anime series (manga and animated)- love spending time with my 2 little kids (3 yrs old and 20 months old)- I fix my own cars and give them maintenance- I fix most of the stuff around the house.

However, before I even saw the "house" I noticed that the village's definition for "family" allowed that a "family may also be composed of not to exceed 3 persons not so related, provided that such unrelated persons live in a single dwelling and maintain a common household and a single housekeeping unit."

Here is me: 20+ years appraising real estate, 10+ years energy efficiency contractor for buildings, 25+ years as a landlord; 40+ years composing music; studies in psychology, music, theology, investing, building science; past licenses - appraiser, LEED AP, RESNET, BPI BA/EP, GC, HVAC; Current license RE Broker; Incorporated as an appraisal firm, builder (one house), energy efficiency contractor (2 x); own 4 properties with 14 total bedrooms.  

I will be there mostly to be around the music scene, I'm an audio guy by training. 

I want to add that I am a musician, and that this has been a "music scene house" for 15 years.
