REIAs are fantastic ways to connect, as are the Meetup.com sessions throughout the area.

And no man's person, property, or liberty are safe as long as congress is in session.  

The fundamental error in the premise of this thread - and the other one, which was nothing more than a trolling session - is the belief that investors, especially major ones, are always rational or right.

Our "counseling" session was rescheduled several times.

I appreciate the invite to the RE session, but will be unable to make the first session due to work commitments.

We have already had one public input session and a survey that was overwhelmingly in favor of STRs.  

I now have a pocket full of business cards to answer those questions, or at least point me in the direction to someone who can.I thought Sessions Court Judge Chuck Cerny and his panel of attorneys were wonderful.

They always have a young entrepreneurs 3 day session where they teach non-adults about real estate investing..

Please be careful when someone offers you a training session like that.

Wife and I are were planning on attending both "first sessions" and then deciding which ONE to join... purely due to time constraints.I just told a friend I'd help him with his full bathroom remodel, and he's in Milton.
