Have a focal point in every room, art, a rug, something eye-catching for a subject that ties the room together and make sure at least a few shots have low depth of field and focus on that feature (blurry background...hence focal point).8.

This tells me one of three things: either it’s a scam or the developer has something to hide, has nothing in his background to justify that he could make the project a reality or the developer doesn’t think it’s necessary that he gives any information about himself, which in my book amounts to gross incompetence.

When I'm not talking to someone with a background in Finance or Accounting I try to simplify statements which is what I've done here with my responses, if not we'd be getting into the weeds on these post talking about EBITDA and other variables when we discuss our numbers on our assets.
