It's the baby boomers generation that's starting to sell now.

You don't mention your investing skill.There are Dave Ramsey folks that follow the baby steps (this is an RE site, so not that many here). 

and other landlords make them move becasue they missed rent.. is that not just shrinking the avaliable renter faster than we create new babies ?? 

The cash flow is amazing, but you must run a tight ship and understand the potential pitfalls or you will lose your shirt (and all your other clothes as well).

He is also very suspicious... parks very large vans (about 4 to 6 at a time) in front of his property and on his driveway to cover the house, has cameras everywhere, is hanging cloths from his patio cover so no one can see the inside of the house, etc. 

I have 2 other rentals running very nicely so far but still a baby investor. 

Seriously, a few months ago nephew's friend had a baby.

They also never got back all of the houseware/clothes back from the fire which included pieces handed down from family members.
