My client's and colleagues are still collecting rents throughout the capital region. A lot of investors that I'm dealing with are looking to buy. It's the baby boomers generation that's starting to sell now. There is huge opportunity in Troy, colonies, Ballston Spa and Glens Falls if you will go that north.
