Don't get me wrong- guns left what is one of the most anti-gun states in the union.  

Also am interested in uniforming community development of areas that with mixed style, price, and age of the housing.

The tenant has expressed multiple times the desire to change things (paint) but never actually did so I am taking this with a grain of salt and told her we would discuss again when she is ready to move forward.Whenever that tenant moves out, I would probably have to replace the current carpet due to age and mini blinds are also old (but functional), which is why I am considering the idea.In any case, I would be reviewing quotes, finances and contractor and figure out a way to make sure the work will be finished before I OK the change.

At the age of 24 I personally own over 1.2 mil in single family homes in Saint Louis, MO then lost over 400k in real estate do to the crash in 2008.

From what I read here on BP I think of OH as somewhat liberal and anti business or at least anti creative investor.

The demand is up because everyone just about stopped building for years, so now we have a housing shortages as the number of people entering the market due to age and income continue to grow even tho we stopped adding houses for a few years while we recovered from the housing crash.The real concern is slow or no growth in the economy or global economy right now, stagnation.

I'm just a little gun shy and afraid people aren't going to perceive me as someone who can help them because of my age.

The smaller parks are generally owned by a now aging senior population who are not the least bit interested in emails or campaign letters.
