I've been working as a real estate agent, helping my clients to buy and sell houses and manage some investment properties. My value is in negotiating the best price and selling my clients houses at the highest possible price. My goal is to do such a good job that all my clients will never want to buy or sell another house without me. I want to be in their real estate life forever!  My interest in this BP site is to learn and excel in RE investment, especially in flip and fix and buy and hold for investment properties. Also am interested in uniforming community development of areas that with mixed style, price, and age of the housing.
