I just got married and have a couple grand worth of cash and a couple checks from people as wedding gifts.I would like to get financing within the next 6 months or so for a rental property and was wondering if these cash and check deposits will cause any problems.Does anyone have experience with this?

=(I am going to be up in Philly this weekend for a wedding and would probably drive around some neighborhoods.

Hello, there is a Greater Wilmington Housing Providers (GWHP) group that meets at Iorn Hill on the Wilmnington Riverfront.  3rd Wed of every month at 11:30 for lunch.  

I dress up for weddings , funerals , and to go out to dinner   ( sometimes) .
