Hello, I am Faye Kelly. I am super excited about Real Estate Investing. I have began reading EVERYTHING I can and following Biggerpockets in an attempt to learn as much as possible about how to move forward in Real Estate Investing.  I am also acquiring the knowledge as well. As a single mom,  I do not have a ton of money to get started but I do have the hustle. I would like to complete my first deal this year-2018!! Nevertheless, I still have so much to learn. I would like to ask for advise on how to get started the right way. 

What would be the first step I can take moving forward in this amazing opportunity. I am super excited and want to help and be involved in Real Estate Investing!! Thanks.
