@Mary JayAny solid non wood structure is better than wood.Survive- Structure still standing, but shingles blown off, windows and doors broken- interior water soaked, clean up costs (make sure part of your insurance).Hurricane clips- look where the roof trusses meet the support beam for the walls.

They herded us into this room and a company commander stood up there and yelled and screamed at us "stupid maggots" on how we were fools if we signed up for this and weren't 100% sure we were going to college afterwards, and how could a bunch of dumb recruits like us think we were going to college anyway?

@Mark Ferguson selling agent already understands Mr Carpenter is interested in property.Current History :~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Mr Carpenter had a viewing around 3:15 Saturday,I found out 2:00 that it was an issue with door locks.I stood in the pouring rain trying many different entrances toopen property, but was unsuccessful.Listing agent found out sometime Saturday door lockwas jammed.

The 3rd floor was originally finished so no conversion, but there's two small access doors on the knee walls on both sides where you can see there is in fact ZERO insulation between the roof trusses.
