I have been watching some Youtube bathroom reno videos lately, and I can definitely say that this is something that I will want done when I am not solely dependent on this bathroom.

I'm familiar with the BRRRR method as its so common in so many books, podcasts, youtube videos nowadays but I'm not really motivated for that type of investing.

However, I dont post video content. 

Take pics many videos, then call city code enforcement for inspection.Also, look into your state & local laws about escrowing rent for lack of maintenance and follow the rules EXACTLY.

HIGHLY recommend you STOP watching S8 YouTube videos and spend more time here reading posts about S8 to learn reality not hype.

That said, if you have an agent who knows STRs and feel comfortable with their video skills and their judgement, that can work. -- Find an agent that specializes in STRs.
