Hey BP community, I just got my results back from my Michalel Quarles large yellow postcard.Sent out : 8400 Calls:        82Response rate: 1%Deals:       2Profit:      $32000Not bad investment for $3200I am about to blast this list for a 2nd contact with yellow letters but will only hit 5000(highest equity) of the 8400.
