I work in Broomfield (one of those "W2 jobs") for one of the better known travel and leisure companies in the region.

So the problem was in our life style.So we came up with a plan, We were to cut out eating out, newspapers, cable TV.

Never even played one on TV I have saved a lot of investors from their "investments" over the years.

You are like one of those magic sponge on TV that can suck and suck water..the more you read the more you realize you need to read..Good luck

That is pretty big on my finances compared to $15 for a light fixture, $100 for storm door which extends my replacement time on the entry door, $100 for couple gallons of paint I can apply at my leisure instead of under the gun trying o turn a property. 

Yet if you watch TV car ads many companies are touting their automation features, especially luxury brands.  

I'd rather sit on my couch and watch tv rather than deal with his ego and give myself as big of a headache.

I am not an attorney nor do I play one on tv (lol) so go with the concepts and not the actual terms I'm using here. 

There is no attic, the closets are small-ish, and there is only one living space (kitchen attached to TV area).
