There are so many ways to get started, congrats on pulling the trigger and doing something.

This eliminates the need for the claimant to formally file a lawsuit to trigger insurance coverage. 

@Edward Turos I've looked into military base adjacent apartments but have never pulled the trigger. 

I don't think we are ready to pull the trigger. 

And re: podcasts/research, I merely meant that we have been interested in REIfor several years, have a good amount of general knowledge, and I feel there comes a point that you need to pull the trigger and learn the nuances as you go.
