I have 3 SFH rentals where I live in NJ and I use the BRRRR method for my investing.Is that a thing I can do in Panama?

Here is a method I like to use. 

One of the good things about DSCR Lenders is that the guidelines and programs are different and not cookie-cutter 100% equivalent like conventional lenders that all must mirror the GSEs, etc.Most DSCR Lenders will have similar rates and terms and generally similar processes - so generally what will make the "best" one is the best one for your needs - I would focus on any specialties or niches - like short term rentals, if you do multifamily or mixed use, BRRRR Method or focus in on a specific market - find someone who specializes and has a good track record in that niche or area

At least for the first and second time, after that I will consider other methods.

Depending on how everything is set up, what you consider a max for retirement account contributions may only be the 20k limit whereas you can go up to ~$70k in total with other methods.

@Jackson Sincerbeaux if this is a large hedge fund that is publicly traded, then they are working with numerous brokers and wholesalers alike to find and acquire deals.
