As a lender, I see multiple parties signing a mortgage all the time.

I would just add that probate isn't really a painful process in most situations.

Pay attention to realtors who are wanting to provide value and provide resources and make time for your inquiries without ever expecting anything from you in return.

Although I have a hard time believing his proposal would include investors.

Realtors typically pre-screen rental clients to make sure their time is not going to be wasted.

We've gone through multiple rounds of support, attempts at escalations, etc, and time and again, AirBNB maintains their ruling.  

I am looking to join a mentorship program to help lower my learning curve and until I find it, I am educating myself with books, as well as YouTube University and great advice from the BiggerPockets community.I do work full-time in a career that I love and is very rewarding, but I also know I won't attain my goals with my current job.
