Welcome Melchor,I am fairly new to BP, I'm a buy and hold investor from oakbrook terrace/villa park area, I own a few properties in different suburbs throughout Illinois, one of my buddies had properties in Berwyn.

If you buck and complain, they will stick to you like white on rice because the people who push back are usually the ones that do things that make their jobs harder, are unsafe, etc.

I'd actually suggest you take it a step further and move just north of King County into areas like Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, and Mill Creek. 

For example, no rice, pasta, grease or oil, for these gum up the pipes terribly and bring most disposals to a grinding halt.

It will be huge for Prince Rupert and Terrace.   

We're about to have a serious revolt over the rice and almond growers.
